Shipping Information

HOW ARE THE SHIPPING RATES ESTIMATED?
The national shipping fee for Romania is fixed at 5 euro and for the rest of the world the shipping rates are calculated based on the customer's location using DHL Express shipping rates.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
The shipping lasts between 1 and 3 working days for local delivery (Romania) and for international delivery the shipping lasts on average between 3 and 7 working days depending on the shipping location.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally using the DHL Express shipping service.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Locally (Romania) we ship the products using the DPD shipping service and for the rest of the world we ship using DHL Express.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Paypal and COD - Cash on Delivery (Romania only). 
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Our platform is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard. It means that our store is equipped with data encryption tools, protection of payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the server, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring. Also, for effective data protection, the store is equipped with a 256-bit SSL certificate, which is considered one of the most reliable.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order you have to go to the product's page, select your desired size, press the "Add to cart" button, check the "I agree with the terms and conditions" box and then click "Proceed to checkout". You will be redirected to a secure page where you need to fill the information required to complete the order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
An account is not required to place an order, but you can create an account to get access to more benefits and for an easier checkout process on future orders.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
You can message us directly on Instagram/Facebook's Messenger or you can contact us from the designated contact page where you can find all the contact options (located in the footer in the "About INFSD" section).
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can cancel or edit the purchase from the order page within 15 minutes after completing the checkout process. If you are having trouble canceling/editing the order, you have the right to notify us, by email, that you want to modify or cancel the order within 2 hours after ordering, at  orders@infsd.com or hello@infsd.com, without any penalties. In case you want to return the products, without specifying any reasons, it has to be done in term of 1 to 30 days since the shipment was made.
