To place an order, you must access the product page, select the desired size, click the "Add to Cart" button, check the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box, and then click "Complete order". You will be redirected to a secure page where you must complete the necessary information to complete the order.
It is not mandatory to have an account to order, however, we encourage you to do so. Creating an account offers you a number of advantages that simplify the shopping experience, such as saving your personal data for future orders and easy access to your order history.
If you encounter problems, you have the right to notify us by email at support@infsd.com within the first 2 hours of ordering that you wish to modify or cancel the order, without penalty.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and cash on delivery (only for Romania).

Delivery & Returns
The national delivery fee for Romania is 25 lei for orders under 300 lei, and for the rest of the world, shipping rates are calculated depending on the customer's location.
- The costs for the European Union are Standard EU: 50 lei and Express EU: 90 lei;
- For the European area the cost is 90 lei;
- For the rest of the world it is 120 lei.
Delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days for local orders (Romania), and for international deliveries, shipping takes an average of 3 to 9 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Yes, we ship internationally using UPS courier service.
Locally (in Romania) we ship products using the FAN Courier service, and for the rest of the world we use UPS.
If you wish to return products from an order, without specifying reasons, this must be done within 1 to 30 days from the date of shipment.
