Return Form

IMPORTANT! If you ordered outside of Romanian territory and you want to request a refund, please contact us directly at support@infsd.com with order ID and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

If the order was placed online, you have the right to notify us, by e-mail, that you want to cancel the order, at support@infsd.com, without any penalties, or you can create the request to return/change the product by completing the form below with the necessary data.

What is the return process?

1. Complete the form below with your email address (or phone number) and order number (you will be able to identify it in the confirmation email you receive from us), then click on the "Search order" button.
2. If the products were ordered in the last 14 days, they will appear and can be selected to create the return request.
3. Once the products have been selected and the "Return or change the selected products" button has been pressed, the return form will appear, which must be carefully filled in with your personal data.
4. After filling in and verifying that the data is correct, press the blue "Send return" button.
5. The return request will be sent to our system. Once checked and validated by the INFSD team, a courier will come as soon as possible to the specified address to pick up the product.
6. After the product has arrived at our headquarters and has been checked by the INFSD team, we will return the amount to the bank account provided within 30 days, according to the return policy.
